About
I knew I was born to ride since the age of 3. My father, Gino, put me on the tank of his Harley when I was very young. I have been drawn to two wheels ever since.
My dad was old school and would not teach me how to ride because he said “it was not for women” – that was his biggest mistake! My brother Perry rode a Kawasaki before he got married but he would not teach me. As I started to date my first boyfriend, Jeff, in High School had a 1200 Harley but would not teach me how to ride either! I then realized that I never noticed women riders and knew that one day I would change that circumstance.
On a cold wintery day in January 1992, an old friend Thad asked me to go to Chicago Harley Davidson. That was the best day of my life.
Thad was dealing with the head mechanic, Ron, and I started to walk around the showroom checking out bikes. Marty, my favorite salesman came over and told me all about the different models. I asked how much they were and was blown away that they ranged from $5,000 to $18,000. To my dismay they were all sold and I started to get frustrated because the showroom was filled with Harleys and no SOLD sign on them! Those were the days when you had to wait 4 – 6 months for a Harley. So I finally asked him to show me a bike that was available and it was a 1992 – 883 Sportster. I sat on it and it was amazing how exhilarated I felt and my soul sang. I decided at that moment I had to have it. Needless to say, I bought it on the spot!
My professional background has been in sales and marketing. I managed a $15M company with over thirty employees very successfully. So what was missing in my life? Well, I found that I was literally tide to the corporate world and I wanted my freedom. I had to say goodbye to corporate America. I started living my passion. I started riding and got into health and wellness.
I found that the only way to health and wellness is the natural way. By this I mean nature, vitamins, minerals, the real deal, and riding was my natural high!
Since 2003 I have helped thousands of people eliminate and overcome stress using the biofeedback SCIO device. The SCIO measures how stress affects the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body through frequencies – our energy field. Since losing my brother, Perry, to cancer I was determined to change my life style which grew my passion to help others understand how stress affects all aspect of your body, mind, and spirit. The SCIO has been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and hypertension that maybe related to illness, injury, or emotional trauma. Biofeedback can result in an overall sense of wellbeing, greater clarity, pain reduction, and improved physical performance to name a few!
